Be a part of Chef John Folse's Audience & Help the Acadian Memorial

Chef John Folse will be filming the PBS Cooking Show featuring Cajun Cooking on June 27th at 2:00 p.m. and the 28th at 10:30 a.m. at his studio in Baton Rouge. Chef Folse spent a full day filming and interviewing at the Acadian Memorial and St. Martinville to gather history and information on the Acadian/Cajuns.

He generously offered a fundraiser to the Acadian Memorial by giving us the privilege to fill the 50 seats for each of the 2 day of taping the cooking segments. John donates the funds to the Acadian Memorial Foundation. He suggest we charge $50 a seat for one day.

The program will consist of a cooking demonstration, sampling of his cooking, Cajun music and a viewing of the filming production created in the Acadian Memorial and St. Martinville. You will be filmed during the show!
